In The Zone NT

In The Zone, funded by the Northern Territory Government and Samsung, is the Northern Territory’s first youth mindfulness and empowerment mobile application designed by young people, for young people living in the NT, Australia. The app features:

· Tailored youth friendly mindfulness activities based on the user’s mood (including meditations spoken by recording artists, breathing exercises, a drawing zone and mood-based music playlist developed by locally and nationally based musicians)

· A service directory of free youth, community and mental health services across the Northern Territory which can be navigated by location

· Access to crisis support lines and a contact list of personal supports created by the user
